Insane dropped frames when opening CS:GO or Geometry Dash

for some reason, the second I open either Geometry Dash or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive almost all my frames in the live stream are dropped frames and my internet starts having only like 10-20 mpbs speed for like 20 mins. normally my internet gets about 700-900 mbps speed and this internet speed drop doesnt happen when I open either games if I'm not live streaming. also, I know for a fact this isn't just my internet not being able to handle live streaming because my starting soon screen and if I switch to my desktop work perfectly, and also, i have streamed minecraft for hours on end without any type of internet problem. Note this isn't even when I start streaming the games, if they just open in the background with my starting soon screen still showing on the live the same thing still happens.
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

and in general, if the game's FPS uncapped - it will overload every PC where OBS running with Game Capture.
