Bug Report Input Problems in LoL

So far the program has been working great streaming wise, my Twitch stream looks very good. My problem is with input while playing the game. At times my keyboard commands will simply not work. Sometimes I won't be able to use Shift+command or Ctrl+command. However it's not freezing or lag because I can still use mouse commands or start typing in chat. However, if I exit OBS and go back to the game the commands work perfectly fine. In a game like LoL this can really hurt you if you're unable to use abilities when you need to. Has anyone run across this problem or know of a fix? Thanks.

Here's my log from the last game where I had these issues:

Also, while running OBS my mouse cursor has a tendency to go opaque and flicker both in Windows and League of Legends. Is this normal?

Okay I disabled Vertical Sync and changed the scene settings in OBS from Monitor Capture to Game Capture. Just did a test game and everything seemed to be working properly. I'll do a full game later on and update to see if the problem is resolved. Thanks
