I've recently started streaming and its a lot of fun until one day I found out that I was getting input lag since I have OCD this really bothers me and haven't been able to stream I'm very upset cause I was doing quite well and I'm losing followers due to my inactivity I had 30 and its 14 I play fortnite I have heard that it something to do with my refresh rate I only have a 60hz but that shouldn't matter all my hz are the same and matched up I don't think its anything to do with cpu if anyone would have a solution that would be great help.
