Input lag during stream

I stream warzone but have this input that can cost games.
Here are my specs
Intel I7 8700k
Msi z390 a pro
32Gb ram ddr4 3600
GeForce Rtx 2080
I’ve been dealing with this issue for a while and still don’t know how to fix it. My monitor is an old monitor at 60 hz that is being replaced soon but other than that I’m completely lost.

Input lag that can cost games *
 
Connect both your displays to your 2080. Don't connect any to your motherboard.

And don't use display capture.
