Initial run error

Running Win7 64b, installed studio and when I try to run it gives me the error in the attachment. Any/all help welcomed!

OBS v28.x.x requires Windows 10 or later. for older version of windows you need one of the older versions of OBS. (which can be found under the "previous releases" section of the download page on this site) i would start with this one.
