Bug Report Ingame suttering need help!

Hello,

I've been wanting to start streaming LoL for a while now, but everytime I try to do it I have a small stutter ingame and I can't find any solutions.
I've searched the web all over and can't find anything that would solve this problem.
The weird thing is that i have constant 60 fps ingame, no dropped frames and a constant uploadspeed of 2.8mbps ( tested a 6mb package on testmynet).
If someone knows the solution to my problem, I would really appreciate it.

According to the OBS log, OBS is running just fine. 700kbps is low for 720p, though, so I recommend downscaling to 540p or 480p. That should improve your image integrity during high movement somewhat and reduce the load on your CPU.
