Question / Help Ingame lagg when streaming Battlefield 4

Hi ! I´m kind of new to streaming.
I´ve been streaming Arma 2 dayz epoch mod without any lagg.
But with battlefield 4 I got alot of lagg ingame not on stream that I know so far.
Could u guys give me some tips and maybe help me out to set it up as good as possible.?
I would love to be able to stream 1080 if possible.
Maybe would be easier to help me trough teamspeak if anyones is up for it.?

Specs:
*i5
*8gb ram
*2gb Geforce GTX 660

I think we talked on IRC, I would really recommend to downscale to 720p. 1080p is just too much for an i5 that is supposed to run BF4 at the same time.
