So been trying to fix this for a bit my CSGO game seems to lag a little in game and also shows on stream to.

O/S : Win 7 64bit
Monitors x2: Main Stream Monitor - BenQ RL2455 1080p 60Hertz / 2nd Monitor NEC AS221WM 59Hertz
Play and stream from main monitor , games are in windows borderless.
Internet: 34Mbps Download - 14Mbps Upload
OBS Settings - Have it set to 30 fps , but 60 would be great but no biggy
