Question / Help InGame Lag in Warframe 64bit with GameCapture

Hi there!

I got a little problem with Warframe 64 bit version "free to play" game on steam (and with the non steam version too).

When i play warframe 64bit on fullscreen it runs smooth, but when i stream (or preview) the game i get 'microlags' and it continues like this until i stop streaming (or previewing).

It's like the game running smooth for a second then it lags for a moment and repeat.

This problem doesn't exist if i run the game in 32 bit mode.

I tried different settings both ingame and in OBS, i tried not using Quick Sync, etc. The lag is still ingame whatever i tried.

I'm running the 64 bit version of OBS.

Please tell me how to get rid of the lag ingame while streaming.

Thanks in advance!

PS: Please also tell me what's the green vertical line on the right edge.

Everything looks fine in the log -- does it happen if you turn quicksync off? If it stops with quicksync off, think you could try the latest test version?

Hi there!

I tested both 0.571 and in 0.57.05 with and without quick sync this morning before posting the logs.

The lag is still there no matter what i do. The problem only goes away if i run the 32 bit version of warframe.

May you tell me what's the green vertical line on the right edge of the screen?

Thanks in advance!

Hm, unfortunately not entirely sure what it could be. You might be forced to just run it in 32bit, I'm not sure if this is something that's easily debuggable. Though perhaps someone else might be able to bring more info.

What vertical green line? Didn't see it.

Thank you. Then i'll just stick with the 32 bit version of the game.

Both on stream and at the recorded footage of the stream there is a green vertical line at the right side at the edge of the video.

I didn't had that before this version of OBS.

If anyone could help me with the 64 bit version of warframe with gamecapture lag i'd really appreciate it.

Please may someone tell me what's the vertical green line at the right edge of my video?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I take that back, I do see it but it's not just a green line. It's something strange at the right edge of the video which changes colors and most of the time just look like a distorted part of the video, I did see it turn both blue and green at times. I have no idea what it is.

Hi there!
Thanks for your reply.

I don't know what u "took back" as i didn't see.

This green line thingy started with the 0.571 Beta but with the latest 0.57.05 quicksync tests the problem went away.

I even use the same scene, source and settings as i did in 0.571 (after i tried out without my old settings).

The problem that i still have in warframe 64bit with game capture is got a bit better in this latest '0.57.05' but it's still definitely there.

I don't know why it got better as i tried it out with and without quick sync but i got the same result with both.
They may tinkered something else too in this version. :)

Cheers!
