Question / Help Ingame Lag And Really Bad Stream Lag

Hello

I seem to have a huge problem with livestreaming

All my settings are set up properly as far as I am aware and every single time I run the livestream and no matter what game I am in I am lagging and jumping all over the place and I look on my livestream itself and its even worse than what it looks like ingame.

I have fiddled with settings and I cannot find a solution to this problem, could you please help me out to find out what the problem is

I read other posts and each one had their own problems and you asked to see our logs, so here is mine

Also here is what my internet speedtest comes out as

Ping - 26
Download Speed - 17
Upload Speed - 0.80

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

Thank you very much that worked

Unfortunalty I have come to the conclusion that I cant stream because my upload speed isnt strong enough to give the game quality out in HD I enabled minimize network impact and then set the bit rate to 1000 but the quality isnt watchable even though it is alot smoother than before.
