Question / Help Ingame FPS drops

So I updated windows last week for the first time in a while and I'm now getting a significant FPS drop in game. I play CSGO mostly but notice my PC is struggling a lot more with PUBG as well. I would avg about 185 fps and drop to 140 at the lowest on the most tasking maps while streaming, now some maps I'm dropping down to 90fps even and its really frustrating. I did the usual, turn off game mode/dvr and check all drivers thing but nothing changed.. I even rolled back to the previous version of windows when everything was fine and it's still dropping fps. Which leads me to believe the update messed up something in obs.

Be sure to always check reddit for PUBG. A recent update has caused ingame fps issues for many users. This is getting updated today/soon. This is most likely not an OBS/Windows issues. If the issue persists after PUBG update come back.
