I know this has been addressed on some other threads but the reason window capture sub-regions aren't being saved for some programs is because the name of the program changes based on the action being taken in the window. For example in Chatty, your window name changes based on the server that you're logged into. However if you change to "Simple Title" in the "Extra" tab, the name will stay as chatty and the sub region will save, allowing you to use chatty as a proper Global Source.
