Hi guys,
I'm trying to make a facebook live with OBS and would like to share a window with my group on which the facebook live is being held along with my face, to have an interaction with my audience. But every single time, I'm capturing window or a browser I get this endless mirror of screens. What's the best way to share a browser during a live podcast?

Much appreciate any helpfull comments
I'm new here so don't roast me ;)

To avoid an "endless mirror of screens", OBS must not be visible in the source you're capturing. If you capture the whole monitor, OBS must run in the background or on a second monitor. If you have only one monitor, use hotkeys to control a background-running OBS while you're live.
If you want to capture only one app and exclude everything else, don't use monitor capture but window capture for this specific window. There's a caveat: you cannot window-capture Windows shop apps. For many other software, it is required to disable hardware acceleration within the apps' configuration. This is required for most browsers or Microsoft Office.

Ok, thank you, I'll try that solution. BTW I do have two monitors, and I was running obs on monitor 1 and facebook live on monitor 2 also monitor 2 has got the camera, and still ended up with this loop

If on whatever you capture OBS is visible, OBS captures itself as part of it, thus producing the mirror effect.
