will look into that but I doubt it changed.

I made a setup for being on high perfs all the time and locked it down ...

So it shouldn't have changed ... :/

I understand that it's easy to say "nothing changed," but any time a windows patch is installed, you update to new GPU driver, even something as simple as installing a new piece of software can have a real impact on your system and the way it behaves. "Nothing changed" is a fallacy, and it's important to remove that from any mentality when troubleshooting. Don't believe nothing changed, try and identify what DID.

Double checked I'm still on high performance profile.

So this setting didn't change. it didn't revert back to savings.

And again like I said I even made a back to factory settings then updated everything and still no luck ...

I thought I should announce everywhere I can that this solved the problem for me and it was nowhere on the internet as a possible problem/solution.

The monitor that I was running Minecraft on was plugged into my motherboard. My other monitor was plugged into the GPU.
  1. Swapped plugs (didn't even turn off my PC).
  2. End Task for Minecraft and SLOBS.
  3. Open Minecraft Launcher. Click play (fullscreen).
  4. Open SLOBS. Click Game Capture source --> Capture Specific Window --> select "[javaw.exe]: Minecraft 1.16.1 - Singleplayer"
  5. Tab into Minecraft and Bob's your uncle.
**EDIT** Please bear in mind this was NOT the first thing I tried, so things like assigning GPU to Minecraft, etc, may have been an earlier step in finding this solution, but I can't be sure.
