Bug Report Increased frame drop on new version

Just updated OBS to newest version and it lags my game.. the frame drop is from 60 to 35.. ( i'm using the old settings i had on older version. - 720p @60fps , bitrate - 2500..)
Did the new update made OBS take more resourses or what?
Is there a solution? If not could someone link me to the previous versions, please..?
 
The new version does not take more resources, almost nothing in terms of actual resource usage has really changed at all. The only major thing that happened was an upgrade to the latest x264 version, but that really shouldn't affect it at all, in fact it should improve it
