Question / Help Inconsitent Frame Rate in recordings

So for about 1-2 months i've been having major problems with OBS Not having consistent frame rate.

I'm not planning to stream, i just want to record locally to upload to youtube in 1080p60FPS.
It isnt a huge problem, but i dont want to upload in lower than 60fps.
I mainly record overwatch. All Low settings, 75% Renderscale and 160 Limited FPS.

Specs:
GTX 1050TI
I5 7600K 3.80 Hz
16 GB RAM

OBS Settings:
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Rate Control: CQP
CQP: 20
Keyframe Int: 1
Preset: High Perfom
Profile: High
Level: Auto
Two Pass: Disabled
GPU: 0
B-Frames: 0

I'm not to posting to threads and this sort of thing. So any help is appreciated!!!!!

I'm thinking about buying a I7 7700k Aswell.

Try with simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality, FLV format, then try all the encoder options.

Because the advanced mode settings you were using were likely the problem.

@Harold It didnt work, i'm still having some tiny frame issues and they are bothering me. Any other tips?
