Inconsistent Twitch stream with OBS

  1. Hello community, for a little over a month now, I've been suffering with kbps dropping to "0" on my Twitch streams. I start the stream normally and over time the kbps just goes to "0" and this happens with anything I do, from high or low games (War Thunder to Cult of the Lamb) to a simple black screen. I've already contacted my ISP and they said there is no problems with my connection and even sent a technician to my house to see what is the issue and there was nothing wrong. I think the problem should be with OBS since I've tried reinstalling and configuring everything again, but the problem still persists. Could you guys help me? I've attached the log of my last stream on this thread.

This errors shows an issue on the network. It could be an issue on the network driver, the network adapter itself, the network cable, the router/modem, or (most probably) the ISP.
ISPs normally don't measure or check RTMP protocol, which is the one used for streaming.

Use this tool to better measure your internet connection against Twitch servers: TwitchTest | r1ch.net
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and represents an issue on the network, most probably on the ISP.

In case the issue is on the router or the modem, change the port where the network cable is connected to and test.
Based on the results of the Twitch Test, if are bad, you can contact you ISP regarding this issue on the RTMP protocol. Do more than one test with the Twitch Test starting with the time is set to test and if you don't see any problem set it to test for a longer time. As you explained the issues happen after 5 minutes.

Yo PaiSand!

The internet drivers are already updated. I have already tried changing the internet output on the modem. The ISP informed me that the modem is already updated. I live in São Paulo capital capte.png, so the ping is excellent for me (I did this test:ZikCX81.png a few days ago when the kbps was still falling and the results were great, unlike these recent ones that are from today:3NecvgV.png and AvWTwin.png)

What can I ask the IPS to change my RTMP? I didn't get it, sorry!
