Whenever I stream to YouTube, it's a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I'll run a test stream beforehand, see everything is green, and then I'll end it to start a new one. When I start a new one, it starts off in the red, and it just stays there. My speed tests are flawless, and I understand that isn't everything. I thought it was a router issue, so I swapped back to my ISP's router. Doing so would let me start a stream, and it would be stable in the green for as long as I streamed, but the minute I start a new one, the same issue occurs. I swap back to my aftermarket router, the same thing occurs. The first few streams prove to me I can run a stable stream for however long I want, but the minute I end it to start a new one, it will stay in the red, and it will remain the same until I swap out the routers. Rinse and repeat. I contacted my ISP, and they just tell me everything looks great on their end. They don't offer much help. Wireless or wired, my internet is flawless. I feel like the only thing I have not tried to do yet is stream on a different device. I have attached a few logs below. I believe a couple of the logs will show what the healthy streams looked like, and one will show what it looks like when I restart.
I'll take whatever help I can get, for I have been working on this for the past couple days with no luck
