** Note bitrate
Heya, I need help please.
I have recently built a new PC and am now having a rough time getting OBS to stream properly. I exported/imported exported my profile and scene collection from my other PC. I have gone through all the common troubleshooting, no resolution and now, I thought I'd try here. My issues is that anytime OBS is streaming, in 30 sec -1 min intervals, my bitrate and frames drop (between 15%-30% of total stream dropped). The photos attached have settings with 6000 kb/s bitrates but I have tried at lower (2500) with the same result. The bitrate will drop quickly from 6000 to zero and then spike upward to 15000 before settling back down. I've contacted my ISP and they said they couldn't see any lose from their end. If I ping google.com consistently my response is avg 12ms but with OBS, I will incur 250ms-880ms which correlates with the bitrate loss, but only have the spikes when I'm streaming with OBS.
