include the profile name in the settings window title.

Searched and just found the old thread about adding to the title of the main window. It would be nice to see what settings you are editing.

As long as your settings window doesn't overlap the main window title, you should be able to see what settings you are editing, the main window is updated as soon as you select a new profile in the box shown below.
