In zoom with OBS Video audio is choppy and bad quality

I have an issue when zoom participants listen to my obs videos.
  • Zoom participants chat normally, talk and listen to each other.
  • When playing a video source, or audio source, participants see the video and hear the audio.
  • The audio is choppy, and bad quality.
  • Audio cables are set properly.
