Question / Help In need of assistance!

I cant seem to get the quality of my stream to improve. Ive tried a bunch of different settings and nothing is helping me! Also when I analyzed my log it said hook conflict and I have nothing that could cause that. I disabled my steam overlay and I dont have anyother programs/overlays it says running.

Just curious how would lowering my fps make the quality better? Isn't highering it suppose to get you better quality?

You need higher bitrate to send the extra frames in.
