Hi, my game feels way less smooth when im recording/streaming, fps is consistently running at 210-250.
Issue happended after moving my pc, i havent used it in two weeks and i wanted to go back to streaming, but instantly noticed overwatch feeling much worse to play.
log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/3la9ONhIAQWmCB5D
during gameplay neither cpu or gpu utilization reach 100%, temps are maxing out at 80 or so, nothing that should start throttling, not that limits are being reached anyways.
other settings worth mentioning (idk if it appears in the log but im typing it out to make sure) :
game capture has limit capture framerate on, i tried both, off feels worse.
capture cursor off
anti-cheat compatibility hook off
capture third party overlays off (i have none anyways but w/e)
hook rate normal

- So far i have:
- optimized cpu performance and cooling
- cleaned my heatsink, applied new thermal paste and added 2 fans in the case. overclocked cpu, all cores stress test runs at 4.8ghz with max 90c temps, single core can continually run at 5.1ghz with no issues.
- updated gpu drivers and chipset drivers.
- tried running obs in safe mode
- tried creating a new scene from the start, adding each source one by one and testing.
- probably a lot of other stuff i forgot, but these are the most notable.
