Question / Help In game resolution help

Having an issue I cant quite wrap my head around. I have been streaming Titanfall with in game resolution of 1920x1080 with no problems. When I drop the in game resolution down to anything else It will not stream the game. If I am streaming it will still be broadcasting my desktop, just not the game. Any suggestions?
 
Ya the problem might be that if you change the resolution in-game you have to also change the resolution in OBS setting-video. Then restart the stream and add the game again. That was working for me
 
I have tried to change that. Still doesnt fix it. Im using a Live Gamer HD, however the problem is still there regardless of what capture method I am using
 
Are you using the live gamer HD to capture the Same PC you stream from? It'd actually save resources just to use Window or game capture.
 
I have tried to to a game capture as well, which the same issue happens. And window capture does not display any windows for me to select. Which is kind of odd
