Hello,
This thread also links to this one:

I have unfortunately the problem that as soon as the stream runs I have partly an unsmooth gameplay, in the stream everything is normal, also my FPS are quite normal.
However, it feels unfortunately not good, but this is only in places the case so I do not know what it is, also depends on the game, sometimes more, sometimes less.
- Since I got a hint to play in full screen instead of windowless I tried that did not help.
- Starting the game and OBS in the admin did not help either.
- Disconnecting my second monitor with only 75 Hz (Main: 165 Hz) did not help either.
- Capping FPS to 165 did not help either.
- Minimizing OBS, disabling Preview, etc. did not help either.
I don't know what the reason is but as soon as OBS is not running or streaming everything is normal, I just don't get it, my PC has more than enough computing power in Uplink/Downlink to.
In the thread linked above is also a full log.
Does anyone have a similar problem or know how I can fix it.
PS. Would not like to buy a streaming PC just to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Games do not feel smooth
Hello, While I'm playing games don't feel smooth it feels like the game is lagging a bit even though the FPS is actually very high, during cutscenes it's even more noticeable. What could it be, everything is up to date, current hardware, strong PC, Windows 11. It's not bad now but you notice...
