You can't disable the intel -- could you post a log from the most recent version? That last log was from a particularly old version that has less information than I'd like

It looks fine in OBS. Your laptop is a bit weak though so it's understandable that you get some fps drop

His log doesn't show the presence of an integrated GPU, though that could just mean it's not activated in the BIOS. Even if he had an integrated GPU, his mobo may not support it. So it's impossible to tell at this point.

thats why i came up with quicksync ... would make everything way easier for his performance

Ah, it doesn't show up in his latest log...still, we need to know what model mobo he has to see if Quicksync is supported on it.
