I just started streaming today and I've been having some in game lag. I used the guide here http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueofleg...timate_beginners_guide_to_streaming_with_obs/ and used all the same exact settings. The problem is that once i started streaming my system started lagging. While I was in league of legends, my fps dipped to ~40 fps from 250 fps. My specs are a 3570k, a gtx 670, and 8bg 1600 ram. My upload is 2mb/sec.
