Question / Help In Game Lag

The stream is ok, no lag with the stream, but when I am playing I get bad FPS/Latency. How can I fix this?


Upload speed = 972.8 KBPS
Processor: AMD A6-3620 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.20 GHz
RAM: 6 GB
