Question / Help In-game lag while streaming?

I'm not sure if I uploaded my log file correctly or not but I gave it a shot.

My upload speed:

The OBS settings i'm currently using:

PC Specs:

I just want a healthy stream while having good in-game quality as well. Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?

Try dropping your resolution to 720 with resolution down scale in the video tab. and make sure you make the game priority high. Also in the advanced tab check the box that says use multithread optimisation

Try downscale to 720p. In-game lag are caused by 100% cpu usage. In most cases.

The log are different to the pictures. Maybe it's an old one?

Everytime I try to get a new log it tells me there is a problem with the server im using. I tried JTVping to find a good server for me and still got the same issue.

You do it thru task manager and click on details. Right click the game. Set priority to high
