Question / Help In game lag while streaming

Just built my first mid range comp and wanted to test out some streaming. I'm getting lag in game as soon as I begin streaming. I've tried changing servers, down scaling resolution, lowering bitrate, but nothing has worked. Wondering if I'm overlooking something or my network just isn't good enough. Here are my specs and log:

GPU: GeForce GTX 760 2GB
CPU:Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4 ghz
Memory: 16 GB RAM 1600 mhz

Sorry, but the log file you uploaded only includes a one second long session.
Settings look ok, I would only recommend to change the scene buffering time to 700, 400 was our old default. (Thats in the advanced settings) Afterwards do another test session and then upload us the current log please.

Thanks for the reply. I was still having lag issues in game. I get a constant 46ms while not streaming and as soon as i start, ms is all over the place. Here's the updated log.
