First time OBS user here. I've tried streaming today and have got things up and running. However, I'm having an issue where I lag a lot in-game. I will include a link to my log as well as 2 video examples. Any help is appreciated!

I realise the footage is low quality as I've reduced settings in attempts to fix the problem.
