Question / Help in game lag during stream

I am experiencing in game lag during stream. My game (smite) works fine without stream and does not lag at all with 100+ fps. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I will attach my log of latest stream.

Could you try a little bit of downscale and see if it helps? 1.5 downscale in video settings for example. 1.25 might also work.
