Question / Help In game lag and stuttering when using 2 monitors at different refresh rate with OBS.

So I've been getting in game lag when using OBS recently and I've found out why. I use two monitors, a primary 144hz monitor and a secondary 60hz monitor. When I have OBS on my second screen or any other application on my second screen while OBS is open my games lag terribly. However, when I move OBS to my main monitor and have nothing on my second screen there is no lag at all and I can record with out losing any frames in game. (It lags my game whether I'm recording or not)

If anyone has a fix for this that doesn't involve making the refresh rates of the monitors the same it would be much appreciated.

use a linux distribution, they don't have that problem like windows, beside that there is no fix
