Question / Help In-game kbp/s monitor?

Hello I am wondering if there is any way I can monitor my dropped frames % and kbp/s while in game? My upload is unstable so some instances its fine and others i can drop up to 15-20 % frames all on the same settings.

This is probably not what you want to hear but I can't overstate the usefulness of a second monitor. Not only would it let you keep an eye on your scene preview and your stream stats, it would give you a very convenient way to monitor your twitch chat as well.

There is not currently a way to do this in OBS, but it has been requested several times before.
