Question / Help In-Game Framerate Drop

Hi so I'm trying to record Destiny 2 and whenever I try to the framerate always goes to 25 fps and no higher even on the lowest possible settings and I can play on high. I have the framerate capped at 60 fps for the rendering lag problem but that doesn't help and vsync is on too.
My Specs are:
GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB VRAM
Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
15.85 GB RAM
1920x1080, 120 Hz
It is an ROG laptop for gaming

Also I am somewhat new to obs and recording in general so I don't know that much about how the process works.

The log shows you're trying to game capture Destiny 2. Any hooking methods are blacklisted by Bungie and you need to delete the source. Other than that, I only see little rendering lags in the recordings, if at all. Better double-check the logs.
