I've been streaming for a while now and lately since i updated the latest update for OBS I've noticed that in-game I've been getting huge fps drops for a few moments.

There is also an issue where when I stop streaming OBS doesn't respond, this is every time I stop streaming also.

I also have 70mb download & 16 upload so internet isn't a problem.

Er, you're using 0.61, which is definitely not the latest version of OBS. Can you update to the latest version, do a test recording where the issue happens, and lost a new log?

I'm kinda new at reading the log files, but looks like you have Aero disabled, from my experience unless you need to use monitor capture keep Aero on, I've actually gotten better in game frames with Aero on vs. Off.

Anyone who actually knows what is wrong can feel free to say that I'm way off.

Stop using monitor capture in Windows 7. Use game capture, or enable Aero and use window capture instead. Monitor capture performs terribly unless you're running Windows 8.

I'm using monitor capture when I'm searching for a game then I'm using the game capture when actually in the game.
