In-game FPS issue after a streaming for couple of minutes

Whenever I try streaming Valorant I have weird FPS issue after couple of minutes. FPS goes from 240 (locked, otherwise it would be 300-400+) to ~180-240. It wouldn't be an issue, if it wouldn't come with massive input lag, and mini stutters. The problem persists for ~20 sec, or when I tab out, and tab in.

It is not a hardware issue, my PC is optimised, clean and well mantained. I have no 3'rd party overlays or programs running in the background.
I don't know any reason why FPS would dip like this, in completely random moments. It should not be related to GPU/CPU load, because I cap my frames at 240, and my setup is capable of much higher FPS, and it is not plain FPS drop, it comes with stutters and input lag.

Any ideas?

I actually have a a similiar problem but my frames are dropping significantly. Mines capped at 240 as well but the frames I get in game are 90-200. It only happens when I go live on OBS. I can have OBS open while playing val and it will barely drop 3-4 frames but once I hit live frame drops hard.

Please see this link, post a log file that has been created while you are streaming or recording whichever it is that is dropping frames..

Your log file needs to show you running a streaming or recording session for at least 30 seconds. Please post another one.
