Question / Help In game fps is not stable while streaming.

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

So here is my pc specs : (im using a gaming laptop)

Intel i7 4720HQ

8GB RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M

do you have any tips or settings that i can use ?

btw that vsync thing worked , it locked my fps to 60 but it worked so thank you for that ! :)

The baseline recommendation is 720p, 30 fps, 2000 Kbps (if you have the upload bandwidth for it). You should be using CBR to stream, so turn that back on. I see that you're streaming at 900 Kbps, so if that's as good as your connection will allow then your settings from the log are pretty much fine.
