Question / Help In game fps is fine but stream lags!

So guys i have recently got a good internet connection and i wanted to stream! My PC Specs arent that powerful but it is capable of streaming i think. But, whenever i try to stream my stream lags but the in game frames are fine! It mostly happens in PUBG PC! In Apex and in CS:GO it happens but only at sometimes for like 2-3seconds! I dont have any problem with 2-3 sec lag but while streaming PUBG it lags too much and no one can watch my stream!
Pls help me guys it doesnt happen in CS:GO and Apex(Very less lag occurs) but in PUBG its just beyond the limit! Pls help me ASAP!
My PC Specs:-
i3 6100
Asus GTX 750 TI OC Edition
HyperXFury 8gb Ram @2133Mhz
