In game fps drop

hi, I'm new with streaming and I have a problem, namely the stream works normally, no fps drops, no lag, etc., but in the game I lose up to 80fps, I tried everything and x264 and nvenc and there is no difference and I still have fps drop in the game (PUBG ).
When I'm not streaming, I have a 160-200 fps. As soon as I turn on the stream, the fps is constantly around 100.
Pc specs:
3600x oc 4.3
1660 TI strix
3200mhz ddr4 ram
Internet 500/150
If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Try to enable: Game Mode (Settings > Gaming). Should work normally, fps drops are game/scenario dependent.

Are you running in "Run as administrator"? Also try disabling preview, it also helps with performance a little.

I tried it, it's interesting before I reinstalled windows I didn't do streaming but I recorded gameplay using obs, and everything worked normally.
gpu working 80% cpu 30%-40%.I play everything low 1728x1080.
