Question / Help In-Game (CS:GO) Lag Issues while streaming.

I am new to streaming and I play/stream CS:GO. I started by using Xsplit and recently switched to OBS and still have the same issues. I believe my computer is capable of streaming and playing the game at the same time. My computers specs will be listed below the paragraph. When not streaming everything is PERFECT. I run at 300+ frames consistently and have a 144hz monitor. As soon as I start streaming while in-game I feel kind of a stuttering effect (like my frames drop below 100 but it doesnt say it does). Its very frustrating. If anyone has any idea of what could be happening some input would be greatly appreciated. Is my next step to purchase a 2nd computer and run a capture card? How can I still be sure this issue wont continue?

EVGA 2GB GTX 760

make sure to post a log.


also try to limit your frames ingame with cl_fpsmax 144

and make sure that you set -high in your game properties when you open steam->right click csgo->properties and put -high into the launch option same which you did with -console
