hey, i'm new to streaming and have checked endless threads here already and tried the advice but i'm still getting lag on my game (usually ssfiv, sometimes hearthstone). i know my rig is not state of the art but i am trying to run things at minimum settings. here's the information i have, i'm using game capture/webcam to twitch.

fps 25
disable aero UNchecked
x264 preset veryfast
use cfr checked
i've tried streaming at higher settings at first and have gone down to this and i'm still getting choppy results. any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
