Sorry to bug you with this, but after intensive googling and going trough these forums i can't help myself any further.
The problem: i want to stream via VCE to youtube, but even though i use a 7500kbit at 1080p@30fps it still looks quite grainy. going beyond these magical 7500kbit results in overloading the hw encoder, which in turn results in dropped frames.
There's my settings right now.
Personal testing resulted in worse quality and higher encoder load while using b-frames.
btw. i see that the log is not 100% correct on my hw speccs.
i'm running
CPU 2600k @ 4,6 GHz
GPU R9 390 @ 1155 MHz core clock
