Question / Help Improving Fps While Streaming With High Quality In-Game Video Settings

Hello,

I recently started streaming League on Twitch. Stream works just fine with decent quality settings. However, my fps drops somewhat significantly when i have the in-game video settings i normally have. In order to get the same frame rate i have to lower my in-game settings. Also, when the game gets messy(a lot of actions, entities, fx) my fps drops quite significantly. I think these issues are expected and what i am asking is what are my options for improving my frame rate while keeping the in-game video settings somewhat high quality. The log included my specs so i think it's OK if i don't specify them here. The logs also indicate hook conflict, i have no idea what causes that.

Logs
Screenshot with high in-game video settings
Screenshot with lower in-game video settings

Finally, i am not very familiar with how streaming softwares work so i might have set some settings in sub-optimal ways.
I would appreciate any advice that might improve my stream. Let me know if you need more information on something, and i will provide it.

Thank you for your time,

Ugur

disable windows xbox gamedvr "feature". press start, type "xbox" login with your windows ID, click on the gear (settings) then gamedvr tab, disable.

OK. I did that, can't really tell if it helped, but i've updated obs and it is slightly better now. At least i don't have to go full low settings to get a decent frame rate, but i still think it could use some improvement.
