Improved "Replay Buffer"

Hi,

The new feature "Replay Buffer" is a really good thing! BUT can you add a additional time that record after I launch the save of the replay (sorry, I'm French, it's really hard for me to explain that :D)

So, add a option under "Replay Buffer length (seconds)" like "Replay Buffer extended length" that record ##:## time after you save your replay.

So if I set:
Replay Buffer length (seconds): 180
Extended Replay Buffer length (seconds): 60

My replay is 240 seconds: 180 before pressing and 60 after pressing
So I could make a good video that not end too shortly after my good shot :D

Do you understand the idea, I can try to be more clear if you do not understand.

There is a hotkey to save the buffer and continue recording (in 1 file).

Yes, I know but I don't want to record all my game, just 180 seconds before and 60 after.
