It says "Connection to the server impossible. Host name found, but no required data of this type. That can happen if you use an IPv6 address [...]"

And :

Can't open the dropdown menu of the NIC !!!
Jesus Christ, why ??????
Usually I stream from my other PC (both gaming and streaming PC are linked through and HDMI cable) and today I decided to stream from my gaming PC and I have these messages. Not only I had to reconnect to my Twitch account with credentials, but now, I'm stuck because of unknown shit coming from nowhere.

The greyed out choice is clearly an ipv6 address. Seems that you gaming pc hasn't a valid ipv4 address (otherwise it would show up, i think). Check the windows ip settings for this pc or your local network/router if it provides an ipv4 address to that machine.

If you checked or if there is another issue, we need an obs-log from you:

(Personally i think Jesus is innocent regarding your issue... ^^)

Ok I know why : I think it's because my previous setup was with NDi, to send the image to the "streaming PC" through Ethernet. Now that my 2nd PC is OFF, the NIC choice in OBS (wich was set to IPv6 for technical purpose, while both PCs are in IPv4) is stuck. Applause...

Solution : turn ON the second PC. I'm lazy, the PC is opened for maintenance, I won't tonight.

Suggestion for devs : do something for that dropdown to NEVER be stuck like this. Imagine if the second PC is broken...

I fear thats not just yet the whole solution. What you describe that way would mean (stream from the gaming pcs nic to the nic/ethernet of the 2nd pc. But then those 2nd pc would need to forward and route the packets for you. In my humble opinion thats not the case.

So try to bring your gaming pc into the routers (internet access) world as you had with the 2nd pc formerly.

No, you really don't undestand that my both PC are correctly routed to the internet box since decades ;)
Nevermind, I know what I said when I'm talking about my previous NDI setup, and there's no forwading problem involved (everything was working well at the time). My gaming PC and its OBS were set to send through NDI + a Gigabit Ethernet cable and that's why OBS is stuck.

Clearly, that's a pure software problem of a dropdown stuck just because the software wants a things that doesn't exist anymore ;)
I've just disconnected the second PC (the streaming PC) for maintenance, and now OBS on the first PC is bugged. By the way I wasn't using NDI anymore since I bought an HDMI cable : since months I was simply using the streaming PC with that cable, no NDI involved, and no need to launch OBS on both PC.

A picture worth a thousand words :

BEFORE
[Gaming PC] + OBS (NIC IPv6) + NDI plugin ------> Gigabit Ethernet -------> [Streaming PC] + OBS (NIC IPv6)+ NDI plugin. ------> Internet Box

AFTER
[Gaming PC] ------> HDMI Cable ------> [Streaming PC] + OBS (NIC IPv4) ------> Internet Box

TODAY
[Gaming PC] + OBS (NIC bug...) ------> Internet Box
