Hi, I set up my things and he says that he can't initialize the recording.

Also, could you talk with the firm Norton Security (an anti-virus firm)? Note: That the devs of Discord are talking with them.

Upgrade your AMD Driver, you are on a really ancient version of it.

I'm on windows 10 and I don't know how to find the encoder thingy --' and I will be repetitive until you all understand I do not have an administrator account...I don't have my own computer and won't be able to for some years.

Then ask your parents or computer supervisor to do this, the issue is with your system, not with us. An ultimatum will not help you a single bit - you can try but you're very likely to just get ignored then..

I use windows 10 is the most recent one that I know of and the pc isn't even a year old. I repeated 2 or 3 times I used Windows 10 and we don't have the money to change it and it is the desk computer so...and my parents are doing videos so yah...

You do not need money to update Drivers, just go here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and click the DOWNLOAD NOW button. That will download a file you need to execute to update your drivers.
