Question / Help Impossible for stream audio and headphone audio?

Hello, after fruitlessly searching I need some help.

I am running a dual pc setup with a capture card and sound card and honestly everything is great, except for I can only either get stream audio good or my own headphone audio good.

Is the only way to fix this with a mixer or something of that source? Any advice would be great because i am frustrated and dumbounded.

nvm just took 5 more hours of self research and its fixed! no thanks to yall :P anyone with the same problem feel free to inbox me and ill help out
