Importing a Zoom meeting shows nothing but a white screen and the Zoom controls.

I need to import a Zoom meeting as an item or scene in OBS. When I select it as the source, I only see the Zoom controls at the bottom of the screen and a white screen where I should be seeing all the meeting participants. I seem to have done this correctly last year but have totally forgotten how to get it done. I need to make this happen for a virtual convention in mid-February. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. Launch Zoom and OBS.
2. In OBS, under “Sources,” click the + icon and select “Display Capture.”
3. Choose “Window Capture” option and select “Zoom.exe” as your source, but this might not always work.
4. Choose the monitor to display the video from the dropdown list.
5. Click on “+” under “Sources”>> “Audio Input Capture.>>“OK.”
6. Select your input device from the dropdown list, then click “OK”
7. Choose the output device from the list. To avoid doubling sounds, you can use headphones.
8. Press “Start Recording.”

I'm afraid despite going through the regular processes, I am also getting only a white Zoom screen when recording through OBS. Can I ask how can this be fixed?
