I am trying to stream to Twitch at 7500kps, 1080@60fps. I have decent hardware, AMD 2700x, 16GB of ram, and 10mbps upload. However, when going live, after a couple seconds or immediately, the colored square on the bottom left progressively gets worse until it's red, eating up all my frames. I used twitchtest and found that most of servers have a bandwidth of around 5000-7600kbps which I thought was odd. I manually selected the Quebec server as it seems to support my bandwidth and first stream it worked fine for a minute. I restarted my stream then the problem showed itself again, I have no ideally why it can work flawlessly for a second then next time it's completely worse. I tried disabled my anti-virus, restarted router, updating ethernet, all of which does not seem to work. Thoughts?
